With quite a few birthdays we’ve done in the past I thought I would write down the ideas we’ve done throughout the years that might give some inspiration for others (and also use as an aide memoir for myself!). But these ideas could also apply to team building, date ideas or just something to do at the weekend!  Any new ideas is absolutely welcome so send me a message and will update!

So here we go, the top ideas for celebrating….well anything!

Top golf

Hit a few balls, you don’t need to be tiger woods to make this fun, it’s really interactive with computer tracking and gamification on screen- You get your own private booth and drinks and food are available! Weekends get really busy, so be prepared to wait for quite sometime! Lots of other driving ranges now have top tracer (ball tracking computer), so you could make your own more accessible version if you haven’t got a top golf near you!

Trampoline park

Imagine a warehouse full of trampolines! You’ve just pictured a trampoline park! Lots of fun, try not to drink and bounce, and you will most likely have to purchase special trampoline socks

Lazerquest/tag

Really energetic, last time I played it was incredibly hot! But still what’s not to like about running around a dark smokey room shooting others with a laser- You can also find some where there are also arcades! It kills a few hours and leaves you exhausted!

Bowling

Classic 10 pin bowling, again you find there are arcades or pool tables usually around and a bar for food/drinks

Original idea, but you could spice things up and go to a themed or niche restaurant

These places are dotting up all over the place, better in the warm weather otherwise can be quite cold! But good family fun
